To remain an active affiliate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Reside in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws in your country or region.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g. #affiliate, #ad, or similar).
• Promote The Sensory Sloth in a respectful, honest, and authentic manner.
• Only maintain one affiliate account per person unless approved by The Sensory Sloth.

Providing false or misleading information about name, country of residence, promotional channels or identity will result in immediate suspension/termination.

The Sensory Sloth reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.

Affiliate approval may be reviewed at any time. We may request additional information about an affiliate's identity, location, website, social media accounts or promotional methods.

Approval of an affiliate application does not waive these eligibility requirements. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they meet and continue to meet all eligibility requirements.

Each affiliate receives:

• A unique affiliate link
• A unique discount code

These are intended to be shared with your own audience through:

✔ Instagram
✔ Facebook
✔ TikTok
✔ YouTube
✔ Personal Blogs
✔ Other approved platforms

We encourage authentic recommendations based on your genuine experience.

You may:

✔ Share your own photos and videos
✔ Review products honestly
✔ Recommend products you genuinely believe in
✔ Share educational or inspirational content
✔ Include your affiliate link and discount code in your own content

❌ Make misleading or false claims

❌ Impersonate The Sensory Sloth

❌ Use spam, unsolicited emails or automated messaging

❌ Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own purchases or purchases made on their behalf.

❌ Create fake referrals

❌ Use fraudulent traffic or bots

❌ Misrepresent discounts or promotions

Affiliate links and discount codes must not be submitted to, promoted on, or intentionally distributed through:

• Coupon websites
  
• Voucher websites
  
• Cashback sites
  
• Deal websites
  
• Rewards platforms
  
• Discount code directories
  
• Browser extensions that automatically inject coupon codes
  

If an affiliate intentionally lists their code on these platforms, The Sensory Sloth may:

• deactivate the code
  
• reverse associated commissions
  
• remove the affiliate from the program.
  

If a third party republishes your code without your knowledge, we understand this can happen. We simply ask that you notify us if you become aware of it so we can take appropriate action.

Commission is earned only on qualifying purchases tracked through your affiliate link or code.

Commission is not payable on:

• cancelled orders
  
• refunded orders
  
• fraudulent orders
  
• duplicate orders
  
• orders placed by The Sensory Sloth
  
• wholesale accounts
  
• any order we determine was obtained through misuse of the affiliate program.

Affiliates earn commission on eligible purchases made through their unique affiliate link or discount code, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD) on a Net 30 basis, meaning approved commissions are paid approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which they become payable. This allows time for order fulfilment, returns, cancellations, and payment verification.

To receive a commission payment:

• A minimum approved commission balance of AUD $50 must be reached before a payout is issued.
  
• Commission balances below AUD $50 will automatically roll over to the next payment period until the minimum payout threshold is met.
  
• Payments are made via PayPal to the email address registered with your affiliate account.
  
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account details are accurate and up to date.
  

The Sensory Sloth reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible orders.

If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed.

The Sensory Sloth logo, branding, images and content remain our intellectual property.

Affiliates may use approved assets provided through the affiliate program but may not modify branding without permission.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all advertising disclosure requirements applicable in their country.

Sponsored or affiliate content should clearly disclose the relationship.

The Sensory Sloth may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if:

• these Terms are breached
  
• fraudulent activity is suspected
  
• promotional methods are inconsistent with our brand values
  
• misuse of discount codes occurs
  
• activity damages our reputation.

If an affiliate account is terminated or closed, any approved commission balance that has reached the AUD $50 minimum payout threshold will be paid in accordance with the standard payment schedule, provided the commissions remain eligible under these Terms.

Any remaining balance below the AUD $50 minimum payout threshold at the time of termination will not be payable and will be forfeited.

We may update these Terms, commission rates, program structure or benefits at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

The Sensory Sloth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the affiliate program.
