How It Works

2. Checkout through the website as normal
   
3. Receive your order confirmation and invoice by email
   
4. Submit your claim through the NDIS portal
   

Need funding approval before payment?

You’re welcome to select “Pay by Invoice” at checkout instead. We’ll email your invoice through so you can seek approval before payment is made.

We’re happy to support plan-managed participants with invoicing.

Need us to send the invoice directly?

Simply include your Plan Manager’s email address at checkout and we can send the invoice directly to them.

We also support schools, therapists, clinics and organisations requiring invoice-based ordering.
