NDIS FAQ

How do I make an NDIS order?

Add your items to cart and complete the check out process as normal, in the payment section select "pay by invoice" if you'd like to apply for funding prior to making payment. Add NDIS client name and number in the comments section. An invoice will be emailed to you within 48hours. For more detailed instruction, please see you NDIS information page here


When will my order be shipped? 

Order will be send once payment has been made. Please note that it can sometimes take a day or two for payment to appear in our account once it has been processed by your plan manager. 


How long do I have to pay my order?

If no payment or communication has been received within 2 weeks, your order will be cancelled and the products will be restocked. If there is a delay in payment that you are aware of and you wish to proceed with your order- please send us an email to info@thesensorysloth.com before the 2 weeks is up.


Can I shop at The Sensory Sloth if i am Agency Managed? 

Unfortunately we are not a registered provider at the moment, and therefore if your plan is Agency Managed you are unable to use your funding with us. Please get in touch and we can point you in the right direction. Self Managed and Plan Managed orders are welcome.
