The launch includes:

Purchase limits

To give more First Dibs members the opportunity to purchase their favourites, there is a strict limit of 3 of each product per customer.

For example:

✅ You may purchase three Nice Cream Cones and three Peace O’ Cakes.

❌ You may not purchase four Nice Cream Cones.

Orders exceeding the purchase limit will not complete at checkout. We cannot adjust quantities after checkout, and popular products may sell out before you can return to your cart.

A few launch tips:

Log into your account before the launch if you have one.
Open your First Dibs link and be ready a few minutes before 7:30 pm AEST.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
Products are secured only when checkout and payment have been successfully completed.
If an item sells out during checkout, another customer completed their purchase first.
