We, my husband and I, ordered 3 items from The Sensory Sloth for our kids and I have nothing but great things to say. We were ordering from Alberta, Canada, I am always hesitant to not only order online, but also from a company overseas. Upon placing the order, there was several payment options to pick from, which gave me extra comfort during the checkout process. Upon placing the order I was emailed a order confirmation number and once the order was processed, I was later sent an Australia Post Tracking Number. I did have the Shop App, however, I found that the tracking was not as up-to-date on that App, as opposed to just checking on the AusPost website. I was happy that I could track the package all the way into Canada. The only time during the tracking process which was a bit confusing, was when it arrived to a local facility/on board for delivery, but the “It’s coming today” wasn’t highlighted that day. However, since I had done some research online about the delivery process, I figured the package was coming once it had reached our local facility, therefore, I was able to be home to pay the customs/duty that same day. The 3 items we had ordered was the Air Toobz and two Accessory packs. The power adapter for the Air Toobz was also included, because we have different outlets in Canada versus Australia, so that was amazing! Our kids have had a blast the last couple of days playing with their new toy(s). The Sensory Sloth has a lot of neat products and I would highly recommend this company! : ).
